Valerie Harris Adler, Senior Partner
Since 1991, Valerie Harris Adler has represented thousands of victims exclusively in personal injury lawsuits. Her statewide practice includes both individual cases and work on class action and multi-district litigation, including breast implant and Albuterol suits.
A well-respected attorney, Ms. Adler served on a team of Chicago trial lawyers who lobbied against the Illinois Tort Reform Act—which was eventually struck down by the Illinois Appellate Courts and declared unconstitutional.
Prior to 1991, Ms. Adler spent seven years representing defendants in such major liability matters as medical malpractice and product liability. This experience has given her a unique edge: an inside understanding of the defense's approach to a case.
Ms. Adler is licensed to practice in state and federal courts and represents clients in trial and appellate courts.Ms. Adler was a founding director of her local school district's education foundation and is an active participant in various local education and community initiatives.
